User Agreement

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to this User Agreement and the documents below, that the information you provide is accurate, that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and — if acting for an organization — that you are authorized to bind it.

Your relationship with us is governed together by the following, each incorporated into this User Agreement by reference:

• Terms of Service — the core commercial and legal terms;
• Acceptable Use Policy — what you may and may not do with the Service;
• Privacy Policy — how we handle personal data as controller;
• Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — how we process end-user data you submit, as your processor;
• Refund Policy — billing, cancellations and refunds.
• Plan details and any order form or written agreement you enter into with us.

If there is a conflict, the documents apply in this order: an executed order form or written agreement; the Terms of Service; the DPA (for data-processing matters); the Acceptable Use Policy; the Privacy Policy; the Refund Policy; then this User Agreement. Nothing here waives statutory rights that cannot be waived.

You are responsible for your account, your API keys and all activity under them, and for using the Service lawfully and within your plan’s quotas. Details are set out in the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, until cancelled. Fees, taxes, cancellations and refunds are described in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where you submit end-user personal data through the API, the Data Processing Addendum applies and we act as your processor.

We may update this User Agreement and the incorporated documents. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in the Terms of Service. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
