Frequently asked questions
How do the limits work?
Each plan has a daily request quota and a per-minute burst limit. When the quota is exceeded, the request returns a 429 status — upgrade your plan to raise the limit. Every response also carries X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-Credits-Remaining headers, so you can track your budget without waiting for a 429. If you hold purchased credits, they are used automatically once the daily quota is spent.
Are all services available on every plan?
Yes — routing, matrix, map matching, geocoding, isochrone, optimization and clustering are available on all plans. Plans differ only in volume and support level.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade or cancel your plan anytime from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What is the map coverage?
Coverage now spans 26 countries across the Caucasus, Central Asia, Türkiye, Iran and the Middle East, and is actively expanding. Contact us if you need a specific region.
What is OSRMRoute?
OSRMRoute is a high-performance Maps & Routing API by 360 Services LTD. It offers routing, distance/time matrices, map matching, geocoding, isochrones, route optimization and clustering over OpenStreetMap data.
How do I get an API key?
Create a free account and generate an API key from your dashboard in seconds. Pass it as the `key` query parameter on each request.
What data are the results based on?
Results are derived from OpenStreetMap data, licensed under the ODbL. When you display results you must credit “© OpenStreetMap contributors”.
How does pay as you go work?
Add a card once and top up a prepaid balance in whole US dollars; each dollar becomes credits at the rate shown above, and every request deducts its credit cost from the balance. When the balance is empty, requests return 402 until you top up. Top-ups are taken from your saved card in the background; you can also enable automatic top-up. Subscribers can buy the same credits as overage: they are used only after the daily allowance is spent.
