This Refund & Billing Policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds work for paid OSRMRoute plans offered by MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC (“OSRMRoute”). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates (“Paddle”), which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: Paddle appears on your statement, charges your payment method, determines, collects and remits applicable taxes, and issues your invoice; OSRMRoute provides the Service. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our instruction, and can be requested from us or via the receipt Paddle emailed you.
2. Free plan — no automatic charges
Every account includes a free plan with a daily quota so you can evaluate the Service before you pay. The free plan does not convert to a paid plan automatically and requires no payment method. You are charged only if you actively choose and confirm a paid plan at checkout.
3. Subscriptions, billing cycle and auto-renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you select). At checkout you are shown, clearly and conspicuously, the recurring nature, the billing frequency and amount, that the subscription automatically renews until cancelled, how to cancel, and any applicable price-change terms, and your affirmative consent to those auto-renewal terms is captured at Paddle checkout. Your subscription renews automatically for successive periods equal to your term until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Paddle receipt — cancelling is at least as easy as subscribing, with no retention gauntlet. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features through the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Except where required by law, we do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current period.
5. Pricing and price changes
Plan prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices for future renewals; where we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) before the change takes effect on your next renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not agree.
6. Taxes and VAT
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on your location. As Merchant of Record, Paddle determines, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT or GST based on your billing location. Business customers can enter a valid VAT/tax ID at checkout; tax adjustments for registered businesses are handled by Paddle in accordance with its process and time limits.
7. Refund eligibility
Because the Service is a digital service made available immediately, paid fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law or in cases such as:
- a duplicate or erroneous charge;
- a demonstrable billing error on our side;
- a sustained, verified service outage that prevented you from using paid features for a significant part of the billing period;
- where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
8. EU/UK right of withdrawal (14 days) and digital-services waiver
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase for any reason. However, for digital services supplied immediately, this right is lost once performance has begun where you have (a) given prior express consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By starting to use the Service (e.g. making API calls) after such consent, you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right. This consent and acknowledgement are captured at Paddle checkout.
9. Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement under the law applicable to you.
10. Failed payments, dunning and suspension
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge and send payment reminders over a short period. If payment continues to fail, paid features may be downgraded or suspended; we do not immediately delete your account or data for a failed payment. You can update your payment method via the Paddle receipt to restore access.
11. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending investigation, and repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination.
12. How to request a refund, disputes and contact
To request a refund or raise a billing question, email [email protected] with your account email and the Paddle receipt/order reference, or use the Paddle receipt link. Disputes are otherwise governed by the “Governing law and disputes” section of our Terms of Service. MAMMADOFF AGENCY LLC (TIN 7200653321), Baku, Azerbaijan.
